Anonymous use. When you paste your plan details or upload your Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC), the document is analyzed in memory to generate your explanation and is then immediately discarded. It is never written to disk, saved to a database, stored in our logs, or recorded in analytics.
Retention only with your consent. The only time we keep your uploaded document is if you choose to request a free benefits verification and check the box asking us to keep it so our team can verify your benefits faster. If that box is unchecked, your document is not transmitted with the form.
No plan details in links or analytics. We never place plan details, member IDs, or document contents in web addresses, query strings, or analytics events. Our analytics may record only that a page was viewed and that a decode or verification was started or completed — never the contents of your plan.
Error safety. If a technical error occurs while analyzing your plan, the contents of your submission are excluded from any error report.

The Insurance Decoder provides general educational information about how insurance plans are structured. It is not insurance advice, a coverage determination, or a guarantee of benefits, and Reggie's Recovery Center is not affiliated with any insurance carrier.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without parental consent.
