What to Bring
Preparing for Admission
Don't worry about being perfectly prepared — our team will guide you through everything. But if you'd like to plan ahead, here's what's helpful to bring:
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Your insurance card
- A list of current medications and dosages
- Comfortable clothing for 7 days (laundry on-site)
- Personal hygiene items (no aerosols or items containing alcohol)
- Any reading materials or journals you'd like
What Not to Bring
- Drugs, alcohol, or paraphernalia of any kind
- Weapons
- Mouthwash or hand sanitizer containing alcohol
- Outside food or beverages
- Valuables or large amounts of cash
Family Involvement
We strongly believe family is a critical part of recovery. Once you're settled, we'll help coordinate family communication, visits (per program), and family therapy when appropriate.
